- Publications and Scholarly Works not appearing in the Emory FIRST harvested databases can be imported from a variety of other systems using BibTeX file types.
- Additional publications or scholarly works can be manually added using title, DOI, or ISBN search or by providing full citation information. As unique identifiers, DOI and ISBN are best.
- Duplicate works coming in from a variety of sources and/or ingest methods can be merged into a single record.
- Record type (journal article, book chapter, conference, poster, etc.) can be manually edited for each record to correctly reflect type of scholarly work and/or faculty relationship (author, editor, translator, etc).
