Eagle Print "Insufficient Funds: Solution

Hi folks!

Wanted to share some information about what to do when a student trying to print gets an "Insufficient Funds" notice, but they do have funds on their Emory Card.

  1. Ask the student to email their print to libraryservicedesk@emory.edu, we'll help them print to our staff printer in the office.
  2. Send an email to eagleprint@emory.edu -
  • Put "Insufficient Funds" as the subject of your email
  • CC the student who's having trouble printing
  • In the body of the email, write:
    • students name
    • students NetID
    • Student's Emory ID number
    • what time they were trying to print
    • which printer they were trying to use
