The Kluwer Arbitration database includes an arbitration blog, ITA Report, and other journals and arbitration news sources. Emory will lose access to Kluwer Arbitration on October 31, 2025, but the Kluwer Arbitration Blog is available for free without logging into the Kluwer database. It publishes daily articles covering International Arbitration news.
LAW360 includes news on International Arbitration. LAW360 new stories include some attached documents like complaints and orders. LAW360 is also available to search on Lexis. Lexis also has Mealey's Litigation Report for International Arbitration.
Westlaw International Arbitration Materials have current awareness sources including journals, press releases, UK and EU publications, and UK case transcripts.
