In vetting a new program, the Libraries should assess the library and information sources—general as well as specific to the program—and staffing and services already in place to support the proposed program. The form below should be completed by librarians who can speak to the current collections and pedagogical support for the proposed program, and determine what further support may be required. This analysis should be included as an appendix to the proposal for a new academic program that is reviewed by the Academic Review Committee.
