The CAPACITY (Community Academic Partnership for Primary Care Nursing Transformation) grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) aims to help increase the number of nurses working in community-based primary care settings, particularly among medically underserved populations, and to create and deploy a hybrid professional development program for clinical instructors and RN preceptors to optimize their skills as educators.
