Since new regulations come out every day, how can someone keep up with the changes and be able to comment on the proposed rules?
It is true that Administrative Law changes almost daily. There are always new rules in the pike which attorneys practicing in administrative law must keep up with. Practically speaking, the best way to make sure that your regulation is still current is to check it using the e-CFR tool available on GovInfo. You can also bookmark the Daily Table of Contents published on GovInfo to see what happened the day before in the most current issue of the Federal Register available. FederalRegister.gov also offers a Today’s Federal Register link. If you would like to see a proposed regulation and easily comment on it, you can use the search functions and online forms available at the government website Regulations.gov.
