When you're writing a literature review, you aren't trying to find two or three good articles; you'll want to find a broad swath of literature that covers your topic from different angles. How you approach a literature search for a lit review may differ from how you've looked for articles in the past. The pages in this section are about searching the literature when you are writing a literature review for the introduction of your thesis/capstone and you need to find information from a variety of sources.
If you are conducting a systematic or scoping review, the way you search for literature is more systematic and has to follow certain rules. The information in this section is helpful, so don't skip it! But make sure you also read the Systematic Reviews section, especially the Review Methodology and Search Strategy pages.
