Electronic equipment may be borrowed for a period of seven (7) days. Late fines will accrue at the rate of $1.00 per hour, with a maximum of $100.00. Late fines will be paid through your OPUS student account.

Sunday-Thursday: 24/7
Friday: 8AM-1AM
Saturday: 8AM-12AM
Returns will only be accepted when the library building is open. Items must be returned to a library staff member or security officer when the library building is open -- library materials must be kept with you until they are returned to a library staff member or security officer.
Late fees will not accrue when the library building is closed.
By signing the library's Equipment Agreement Form, you agree to keep the equipment with you at all times. You are personally responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged. You will pay all repair/replacement costs resulting from damage or loss (including theft) of the equipment (and/or associated peripherals) while the equipment is checked out in your name. Replacement costs are as follows:
MacBook Laptops: $2,035
iPads: $835
Cameras: $500
Portable DVD/BluRay players: $250
All other equipment: $135
Report all equipment malfunctions, problems, and/or questions about library technology to Oxford Library staff at oxlibsystems@listserv.cc.emory.edu.
Save all files to removable media or to a cloud service (such as OneDrive) rather than the laptop's hard drive. All files saved on the laptop are erased when the laptop is shutdown.
