Communicating the Collection
We love to take requests for materials. When these arrive, we immediately email the requester that their book is on hold for them.
Our Collections Management Team collectively communicates new acquisitions at both Oxford and other Emory libraries with faculty through the Eagle Digest newsletter and Oxford Newsletter regularly. We also reach out to specific faculty members or departments individually to communicate new acquisitions or changes in database subscriptions.
We regularly maintain a New Books area on our website, where both monographs and fiction print materials are featured with links to our catalog and images of the book covers.
