Books at Emory

One method to search DiscovereE the Emory Library Catalog is the Keyword search.  Enter terms such as Russian literature  or Russia and politics  or Russia and art or Russian Culture or religion and Russia or Post Soviet Russia .  This type of search will bring back any record in DiscoverE that contains your search term/s

-----------

Another method  to find books is to browse the online catalog. Follow these steps to browse:

Open   DiscovereE the Emory Library Catalog, and chose Browse Search at the top of your screen.

On the "Select the select the list to browse" pull down menu, choose "By Subject"

In the library catalog, books, videos and other materials are assigned Library of Congress (LC) subject headings based on their content. If you find a book that looks useful go into the record for that book and look at the subject headings used to describe the book -- click on any of them -- these are hyperlinks that will take you to a list of books with that particular subject heading that we have at Emory.  Here is a sample list of relevant subject headings for this class.
