As an Emory student, you have access to a wide variety of bar prep resources using your law school credentials. Understanding the materials available to you can help you study more effectively in the lead-up to the bar exam.
The concept of "bar prep" materials is a wide umbrella covering many smaller subtopics. Resources that can help you prepare for the exam include not only techniques for passing the exam, but stress management methods, practice sets, and more. You can also find works that are specifically focused on a single portion of the test: the MBE, the MPT, or the MEE.
The resources on this page are available to you at the MacMillan Law Library or on databases accessible by Emory Law students, including the West Academic Study Aids Collection and the Aspen Learning Library. Each subsection of this page has been broken down according to location for ease of access. When a resource is can be found both digitally and in the Library's hard-copy collection, the resource is listed under the database with its Library call number and location underneath. All of the hard-copy bar prep resources on this page can be found in the Library's 3rd and 4th floor stacks.
If you can't find a bar prep resource you're looking for, you can ask a librarian for more information.
Many bar prep books offer a generalized strategy for passing the bar, including broad doctrinal study guides, how to structure your study schedule, and more. The Library and legal databases offer many general bar resources for students in the form of books, audiobooks, and series.
