LAW 736B - Global Public Health Law (Prof. Brady - Fall 2023)

Finding a Topic

The following sources can be helpful when choosing or revising a topic for your seminar paper. Be sure to also do a preemption check by searching working papers and law review articles to make sure your tentative topic hasn’t already been written on.

You can find more information on how to do a preemption check in the library's Journal Orientation 2023 LibGuide.
