Final Paper

From your Final Paper Guidelines:

  • This paper is 1200-1500 words; the paper outline is 5% of your final grade and the final paper is 15% of your final grade.
     
  • Annotated Bibliography  
    •  Choose three articles or chapters relevant to your topic and summarize in a few lines the key argument of each. You may choose from the readings on the syllabus and/or readings you have found in your own research on the topic. One example of the Annotated Bibliography:  the supplementary readings from the class handouts, and/or readings you have found in your own research on the topic. Try to include at least one material outside of our syllabus (not required).   • Sources for Final Paper
    • ​​​​​​​In your final paper, you must use: 
      • a minimum of one source from class readings
      • a minimum of one additional source from outside academic sources (books, journal articles)
      • a minimum of one non-academic source (website, newspaper, film, etc.) for a minimum total of three sources.

  • Final Paper Due Date
    • From the course syllabus: "the Final paper will be due during week 14-15 before 11:59 pm Eastern time on May 9."
