Discovere

DiscoverE, Emory Libraries' catalog use for finding books, THE TITLES OF JOURNALS, videos, etc.

DiscoverE's Combined Tab will let you search for Books & Articles

Because of COVID-19  access to books is limited -- If you are in Atlanta and find a book you want to use

In discoverE:

  1. Use the "Sign in" to access library account at the upper right
  2. Click the item you'd like to request
  3. Click the "Physical Resources" tab
  4. Click the "Request" button [Note: you will need to be logged in to your account for this to appear]

You'll be notified by email when the item is available. And you then you can schedule an appointment for in person or curbside pick up

if the item is checked out, the borrower has ten days to return it.

Keyword Search: Use keyword searching on a single term or to combine concepts (X AND Y) and to search for particular words or phrases that might appear in titles or notes or subjects: See examples below:
